More Grave Desecrations: Eden Memorial Park, Where Groucho & Lenny Are Buried

  AGAIN, WITH THE DESECRATIONS ... Now it's a Jewish cemetery, not a black cemetery as Oak Burr outside Chicago. They still haven't figured out how many African-American graves were desecrated where Emmett Till was laid to rest,.

Today the focus is on Eden Memorial Park Cemetery in Mission Hills, California, where the desecration of graves involves more than 500 decedents. News is just now coming out -- Google doesn't even have any mention of it yet. It's the Jewish cemetery where Groucho Marx and Lenny Bruce are buried.

Groucho, who died of pneumonia in 1977, is in a large outdoor mausoleum in the middle of the cemetery, his cremated ashes in a columbarium. Lenny Bruce died of a drug overdose in 1966 and is buried in the ground.

Among the accusations against Service Corporation Intl. (SCI), owner of Eden Memorial Park, are reports that  company officials instructed cemetery workers to use backhoes and secretly break concrete vaults holding caskets, exposing human remains -- according to early reports by CNN.

Then they could claim the desecrations were accidental, remove the bodies and be able to resell the burial plots. Sound familiar? That's similar to what happened at Burr Oak in Illinois.

Service Corp. Intl. is North America's largest single provider of funeral, cremations and cemetery services and employs some 20,000 workers, according to the SCI website. Based in Houston, TX, it operates 1500 funeral homes and 400 cemeteries in 46 states, eight Canadian provinces, and Puerto Rico. A few years ago, SCI paid a $100 million settlement for the desecration of graves in one of its Florida cemeteries.

I have talked to to jerk's at Eden Memorial.Anthony Lampe and Daryl. Of course they denied every thing!! My family was at the cemetery on tuesday and said hundreds of people were there demanding answers. No one came out and said a thing. Head stones are missing..So many families are effected..
